How to Join Our Exclusive Group: A Complete Guide

However, to ensure a smooth onboarding and maintain the quality of our members, we require specific details, a yearly membership dues payment, and some patience during the approval phase. Step 1: Gather and Submit Your Personal Details

Before we can add you to the group, you’ll need to fill out a simple bio data form with the following required details. This helps us verify your identity and ensure you’re a Pharmacist. Please provide accurate information to avoid any delays.

  • Full Name: Your legal first and last name (as it appears on official documents).
  • Contact Information: A valid phone number (preferably linked to WhatsApp) and an email address for communication.
  • Location: to help us know where you reside and work.
  • Work place: Where you work.
  • Date of Birth: To help us know when to celebrate you.
  • School Attend
  • When you Graduated
  • PCN reg. no (for interns and yet to be registered please in put your temporary reg. no.
  • A picture of you to help us recognise you

There are offcourse some other details you will find there, since you are a pharmacist we don’t think you will find them difficult to fill

Step 2: Pay the Required Membership Dues

To support group activities, events, and administration, we require a yearly dues payment of ₦3,000 (Nigerian Naira). This fee is non-refundable and helps cover operational costs.

  • Proof of Payment: Once paid, take a clear screenshot or photo of the transaction receipt showing the amount, date.
  • Upload Instructions: Attach the proof of payment and upload it via the form. Files should be in PDF, JPG, or PNG format, and clearly legible. Without this, your application cannot proceed.

Please note: We do not accept cash payments or installments. Ensure the payment is made from an account in your name to match your application details.

Step 3: Wait for Approval and Addition

After submitting your details and payment proof, our admin team will review your application. This process typically takes 2-5 days due to the volume of requests and manual verification. During this time, we may reach out for any clarifications.

  • Lag Time Explanation: Expect a short delay before you’re added to the group. This allows us to maintain security, prevent spam, and ensure all members meet our standards.
  • Confirmation: Once approved, you’ll be added directly to the group platform.
